The Sacrificial Fire Board is placed next to the game map. It allows players a new desperate action of sacrificing an investigator by spending four desperation tokens. Move the sacrificed investigator from the game board to an unoccupied spot on the Sacrificial Fire Board.
At the end of the game, evaluate the Sacrificial Fire Board and rank the players according to how many investigators they sacrificed. Each player then scores points for their rank, as indicated on the banner.Â
